Abstract

This study examined the degree to which secondary school principals in Qasabat Irbid practice digital transformation strategies and explored differences according to gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. Using a descriptive approach, a 34-item instrument covering four domains was administered to a sample of 400 teachers. The results indicated a high level of digital transformation practice, with digital leadership ranked first, followed by digital infrastructure, digital professional development, and digital planning and implementation. Statistically significant differences were found in favor of females, while no significant differences were observed based on academic qualification or years of experience. The study recommended enhancing principals’ digital transformation competencies, with particular emphasis on digital planning and implementation and providing a supportive digital infrastructure.
