The study aimed to investigate the transformation of professional commitment in a teacher after experience of fatherhood. This qualitative study collected data from various sources, including document analysis, records, direct observation, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was conducted using the ATLAS.ti7 software. The results revealed a positive transformation in the teacher's professional commitment after the experience of fatherhood. The researcher recommends further research in the field of teacher commitment, specifically exploring the impact of life events such as fatherhood on professional commitment.
