Abstract

The current study aimed at identifying the efficiency of a Positive Thinking Effect on Self-Efficacy Development Training Program. The study used a quasi-experimental approach, and the sample consisted of 40 female students from 7th grade Students in Ajloun governorate Region. The researcher used the General and Academic Self-efficiency measures and an existing training program based on positive thinking consisting of ten rules distributed on 24 training sessions.  The pre-test was conducted on both groups (General and Academic Self-efficiency); each group consisted of 20 students randomly selected. The group then was exposed to the training program based on positive thinking, while not implemented on the controlling group. After the program implementation, both groups were exposed to the post test. Results showed statistically significance indication in all self - efficiency the  academic self-efficiency in the test group that can be attributed to the training program based on positive thinking.
