Abstract

This study aimed at finding the way of digital administration by school principals and finding the role of digital administration in improving teachers’ performance. To achieve the study goals, two questionnaires through interviews were prepared for principals and teachers. The study sample consisted of (11) principals and (17) teachers. The results of the study showed that the positive points revealed by principal included improving the learning means of learning and saving time and effort, while the negatives provided by them the lack of equipment and infrastructure and internet ant schools. The results from teachers, included positive points such as applying digital administration at schools and improving the means of teaching and learning. The results showed that the digital administration might improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning, and keeping them up with the new technology.
