Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of parents and teachers' satisfaction about supportive services provided to hearing impaired students in AL-Qurayyat region. The study adopted the survay descriptive approach, while tha sample sonsisted of 54 male and female teachers and (94) parents. The results showed that the degree of satisfaction of parents and teachers on the support services provided to students with hearing disabilities in the AL-Qurayyat region was medium, and there were statistically significant differences between the mean of the responses of the sample of teachers on the factor (medical health services) according to the educational level and number of years of experience. Educational level (Bachelor), number of years of experience (less than 5 years), and the existence of statistically significant differences for the answers of the members of the sample of parents about the factors (psychological counseling services, occupational therapy services) according to the economic level variable, in favor of the economic level While there are no statistically significant differences on the remaining factors and total score. The study recommended many points, most important of which is the need for the participation of the school psychologist in preparing behavioure modification programs for hearing imparied students.
