Abstract

This research aims to shed light the importance and necessity of using a new approach based on three fundemental dimensions (the human dimension, the social dimension, and the moral dimension) for science education in the context of the requirements and developments of the twenty-first century, which is the approach of education with love. It also aims to propose practical suggestions and mechanisms that contribute to the promotion of this approach to address the problems of education and science learning in harmony with contemporary global trends in this regard. The research starts from the cases of moral chaos in the education system in the Arab world in general, and Jordan in particular, as well as the neglect of the moral humane, and social aspects of students during their science learning, leading them to abstain from studying and lowering their academic achievement. The research is based on the principles of education with love derived from the teaching and principles of Islam, as one of the contemporary approches to science education in the twenty-first century. The research relied on a case study methodology to collect and analyze data, through the researcher’s vision and analysis of the current and reality and requirements of science education and learning, as well as her vision for the use of the education with love approach in science education in a compelling, humane, and ethical manner, meeting the aspirations of societies in preparing and effectively investing in their individuals in all fields.
